Purchasing Credits
In order to create your first server with us, You'll need to fund your Account with Credits.
We operate under a Pay-as-you-go payment model;
1. Fund your account with credits, If you purchase more credits at one time, you will receive more credits as a bonus
2. Each of the servers you rent from us will use your account's credit balance
3. When your credit balance reaches below the amount of credits your servers cost , Your servers will be suspended
4. To reactivate your services, you'll need to fund your account with credits
This has numerous benefits to our customers including

Server Creation
To create your first server visit your Servers Page; click Create Server; You'll need to do a few things in the server creation page:
1. Give your server a name
2. Choose what your server will be running in the Games/Software dropdown
3. Choose the Software your server will be running from the Specification Dropdown
4. Choose what node you would like your server to be on (Budget/Premium node prices differ)
After choosing your node a list of options will appear with different server specs (CPU, RAM, Storage, etc.)
Select a Tier that matches your hardware requirements; If you have enough credits; It will say Create Server
Managing your Server
Game/Service panel
Once your first game/service has been created; You can navigate to the Service Panel located on the top bar or by clicking here.
In the service panel you will be able to:
- Start, Stop, and Restart your server (inactive servers are still billed due to resource dedication)
- Manage your servers files through a seamless web interface, with an included file manager and text editor
- Connect via SFTP to allow you to use your favorite FTP Client
- Create and restore from server backups seamlessly, You can also "lock" backups to prevent accidental deletion
- Create schedules for automatic restarts/backups via Cron scheduling

Billing panel
Upgrading/Downgrading your server
To upgrade/Downgrade your server navigate to the Servers Tab of the billing page.
locate your server(s) in the list of services, Click Settings > Upgrade/Downgrade.
If there are available Upgrades/Downgrades they will show up in a dropdown selection box.
Deleting your server
To Delete your server navigate to the Servers Tab of the billing page.
locate your server(s) in the list of services, Click Settings > Delete.
You'll be asked to confirm your decision, Click Delete again
Suspended servers
Servers that are suspended for a period of 3 months or more are subject for deletion.
We have small capacity, and need to maintain space for active customers.
If you think you are going to take an extended break from our services please create and download a backup
